Can't wait for the summer to be over.

Hellooooo! o:

I went to go check the last time I made a post and it was on June 22nd ...
Today's July 21st. DDD:
Honestly, I did not realize how fast time flies!
Especially when you get carried away with certain things.
I'm not aware of when it happened but I believe a month ago I started
to struggle with one of my classes. I should of went to a tutor to begin
with but at the time I felt confident that I didn't need any extra help.

Eventually I had to put my pride or whatever aside and go after that extra help. x:
I don't know what it is about some us who are either too terrified or too modest
or too prideful to ask for help. This applies to any situation. For me I
suppose its just that I'm too polite and it causes me to not want to bother anyone.
Also, I fear that I might create a bad experience just by bothering someone.
Fears like, What if I encounter a mean, rude tutor? or when you
think about asking your friends for help What if I annoy them or what if they think I'm a pest?

Those types of thoughts are inevitable, persistent, and they linger around.
Though, they can't be helped. We naturally worry about any little thing that might cause a disturbance. All we could ever want is to just avoid any form of trouble, by any means. :c No one likes to take risks no matter how petty or
serious they are. Funny thing is, we've all looked at someone else and
rolled our eyes at how they can't overcome something that we're able
to overcome easily. It's very difficult to understand others, even when you
actually try to understand how they think. That's one of the reasons
I guess to why people rarely ask for help ... due to the fact
that not everyone may understand you.

Looking back on my post from June (Nachi's 20th birthday) ...
On that same week I had went to an anime con and was suppose to write
a post about it.
-_-;

I'll take advantage now and show you guys the outfit I wore.

Outfit: • Wig: Ebay • Headbow and JSK: Dream of Lolita • Blouse: Bodyline • Socks: Secret Shop • Shoes: An*tai*na • Cinnamoroll bag: Ebay • Petticoat: DollscroPs • Acessories: Chocomint

Oh god, that day was just awesome. :D
I received so much attention that day, I've always thought
that con goers didn't care for lolitas. lol
A few people kept calling me cotton candy girl. xD
It was definitely a memorable day and I even went to a movie
theater in that outfit.

Note: This wig made me look VERY tan. I love the wig to death
but I'll never buy one similar to this. I'm gonna stick
to browns and blacks, even if it means black mixed with blonde or something.

Completed unrelated ... but,

Who has seen HP The Deathly Hollows Part 2? :D

I REALLY want to go see it but I still need to see Part 1.
DDD:
I just haven't found anyone to watch part 1 with me and I just
haven't had the time.
;-;

There have been a few odd things I've seen lately.

The first picture was taken at school, the second one was at a little town nearby
called 'Old Oveido' and the third picture was taken at Gamestop.

Once I saw that fake chalk outline I immediately had the urge to throw
myself on it. Though, I did hestitate for a minute before actually doing it. I
wasn't embarrassed but mostly worried about how dirty the carpet might of been. xD

Lately I've been in the movie-watchin' mood and it's been sort of like
this since last week. I've re-watched a couple of movies that I've seen and
a few that were new to me. Out of the few bunch that were new to me, I love You Philip Morris, takes the cake in being the most entertaining.

Has anyone ever heard of this or seen it?
This movie wasn't even in shown in American theaters.
I didn't know even know what this movie was about until Tommy and I
decided to rent it. We rented it because Jim Carrey was in it and we
thought "Oh look, it's a comedy with Jim Carrey in it. This should be good!"

I just thought it was going to be like the rest of his other comedies like 'Cable Guy', 'Ace Ventura',
and 'Yes Man'. Little did we know, the movie was totally different from our expectations.

"Steven Russell (Jim Carrey) is happily married to Debbie, and a member of the local police force when a car accident provokes a dramatic reassessment of his life. Steven becomes open about his homosexuality and decides to live life to the fullest - even if it means breaking the law. Steven's new, extravagant lifestyle involves cons and fraud and, eventually, a stay in the State Penitentiary where he meets sensitive, soft-spoken Phillip Morris (Ewan McGregor) . His devotion to freeing Phillip from jail and building the perfect life together prompts Steven to attempt and often succeed at one impossible con after another. "
-IMDb

Carrey as a gay man was ... amusing to watch. xD What caught us off guard
was within the first 15 minutes of the film where Carrey narrates about his
normal life with his wife and kids. After that we immediately see a scene,
that's a teeny bit semi-graphic, of Carrey's character having sex with another man.
It was obviously meant to show emphasis towards his orientation, though, then
I knew the reason why the movie wasn't shown in theaters. lol It was the only 'graphic'
scene in the entire movie. That, and when he had intercourse with his wife.
(They were fully dressed while this was happening which seemed odd)

I mostly loved the movie because of all these crazy antics that Russell (Carrey) comes
up with in order to remain free from jail. The most crazy antic was (*spoiler*) how he
faked having AIDS in order to get sent to a clinic and from then on he finds a way to break
free. Like, he faked having AIDS by learning about the severe symptoms involved and not once
did the doctors test him to see if he actually had it. It was real intense as we didn't find
out until after he admitted to faking it. I was all sad and such because of how much Phillip
suffered for him ... ;A; Also his motives for breaking free and the love he shows for Phillip
Morris (McGregor) really breaks my heart and I especially felt attached with Phillip Morris
because of how darn sweet he was. ;-;

Oh ... and this movie is all based on a true story. It's crazy.

Wikipedia article on Steven Russell. Click here.
It's sort of like ... an autobiography of this guy's life, the movie I mean.

The movie tends to lean towards comedy at some points and towards drama at other points.
It was mainly characterized as 'Comedy' but I wouldn't say that it's much of a pure comedy.

I really recommend this movie if you're interested in any of the themes above.
I usually don't have a preference for specific themes or plots that I like in movies but
I can just say that the movie really warmed up to me. I really did enjoy it and it would
be something that I'd repeat if I ever own a DVD of the film. :3

I think I truly liked the film because of Phillip Morris himself... ;A;
I LOVE male sympathetic characters who are very sensible and sweet.

What are your favorite type of characters in films?

Tron Legacy and Tokidoki on a Tuesday.

Mood: Lovey dovey (lol)
Watching: Spongebob Squarepants
(I believe I have a strong love for Mr. Squarepants. :'3)
Eating: Chocolate with almonds
Drinking: Water

So right now I'm staring at a photo strip of me and Tommy ...
and basically I just miss him like crazy. lol
Even though I got to hang out with him yesterday I want to see him again today.
D':

His car broke down a couple of days ago so he's basically waiting for some
car parts to come in so that him and his step dad can fix the car
together. Tommy's not a mechanic but he knows enough about cars to help
him fix the problem that he's facing with. Before yesterday there were two
days in which we didn't see each other. Boy, was I extremely dramatic
during those days ... -__-;

Yesterday he was able to get dropped off at my house. We had made
plans with his friends to go see Tron Legacy at around the night time.
Tommy had brought with him, to my surprise, a late Christmas gift.

Amo il mio gatto = Italian for: I love my cat.

Whoa, so basically we gave each other Tokidoki stuff for Christmas. xD
(My gifts to him seen here: Click meee)
I never knew about Tokidoki until I first met him! (2 years ago)
I really love what he got me, I immediately wore the hat when we
went to go see Tron. :D

I WAS DYING TO SEE THIS MOVIE. I finally got see it and I ended up wanting
to go home and re-listen to my Tron Legacy OST for the millionth time.
I highly recommend this movie to anyone who is everyone.
Though, I also recommend watching the 1982 Tron movie in order to understand
certain things about the sequel. I would talk more about it but I'm afraid
I'll end up spoiling the whole movie. xD; Overall I loved it and wanted more.
I really want to own a suit like what they wear in the movie ... D':
Daft Punk did an amazing job with the music score for the whole movie.
Even though I already knew the music before the movie, it was really exciting
hearing it all match with certain scenes.

Our photo strip. :)
(I tried to cover up the one where we kissed, hehe)
It was a really fun night, especially when hanging out with Tommy's friends.
They're pretty hilarious, and nerdy and nerdy conversations are the kind
where I feel comfortable in. lol

So, since the year is almost about to end ...
What movie released in 2010 did you find the best?

I'm going to have to vote for ... Toy Story 3 and Tron Legacy. :D

Yesterday my best friend Nachi came over
to my house. *_* I love her!

In the photos she's wearing my short haired wig and
my nerd glasses. She had put on the wig like
literally after 10 minutes of being in my room. She
was really funny with it on, she even made herself
look stereotypically Asian. :3

She was reminded of when my boyfriend
did the same exact thing back in early June.

Except he's actually half Korean. xD

For the rest of the day we talked to my mom a lot about stuff and
we both watched two movies before she had to leave. We watched Howl's
Moving Castle
and train_man (densha otoko) since she had never
seen those movies. I highly recommend train_man for anyone who loves a cute,
and simple romance movie. It's also based on a true story! :D

More on train_man here.

Here's a photo of what I wore:

Knitted Beret: H&M
Blouse: Rave
Pants: Tripp

Nachi has work for the rest of this week, but I think our friend Liz
is planning to go to Disney either next week or the week after that one.
Nachi and Liz planned it and they wanted to know if I would go with them.
Of course I said yes. *_* I hope we get to go! Disney is so much fun.
