They finally arrived! *(*´∀`*)☆
Pamyu Pamyu Revolution on the left and Kyary Bon on the right.
This review will consists of two posts. This one will feature all of the album's physical content and the second post will be my personal review of each track from the album. I would also like to make an individual post about Kyary Bon as well sooooo
Lots of Kyary coming your way.
I bought the Limited Edition version of PPR just cuz its her first album. I have her Moshi Moshi Harajuku as limited edition and her Tsukema Tsukeru and Candy Candy singles as regular editions. Its just a personal preference for me to buy albums as limited edition and singles as regular. Also the cover for this album is more appealing then the regular edition. ;-;
What's kind of funny is that I preordered it without realizing what special content was on it. lol
The ~special~ content that comes with the limited edition is that basically the album itself is a 64-page photo book. Also, it comes with a DVD that has all of her 3 PVs (PONPONPON, Tsukema Tsukeru, and CANDY CANDY) annnnd it has some footage from her Kyary's Moshi Moshi Quattro Live concert at Shibuya's Club Quattro.
I haven't watched the live yet but I probably will later tonight.
Looook confettiiii. When you open the photo album the first thing that pops up is the sleeve that holds the CD. There's another disk sleeve at the very end of the book that contains the DVD.
Then there's the tracklist.
After the tracklist, there are at least 30 pages of random pictures of Kyary.
If you want to look at all of the images you can view them here. Thank God someone made scanlations!
The mid point within the photobook is the lyrics portion. After that, there's more pictures.
I apologize for the photos, I took them through my cellphone. My camera is SOMEWHERE but I'm not sure where. (´~`;)
Back of photobook. Where is this?
CD
DVD ... ・ω・
I absolutely love this thang. I laughed at times while looking through this photo book and it's what makes Kyary admirable. You can't tell well in my photos (ugggh) but on the DVD disk its her face on a cat's body. On the CD, its her face on a rabbit's body. I love her.(。♥‿♥。)
What always gets me about the photo books is that it leaves me wanting more! Its how I felt when I got Moshi Moshi Harajuku. I just wanted it to be never ending and it just feels like the book abruptly ends. I end up having to look through th book like, 4 or 5 more times. Its sort of a good thing I got Kyary Bon along with PPR or else I'd mindlessly look through PPR for an hour.
Aside from the album's aesthetics ... what truly won me over was the music itself. Which I'll talk about in my next post. :DD
I got a wonderful email from yesasia letting me know that they have shipped both Kyary's new album, Pamyu Pamyu Revolution, and her photobook, Kyary Bon.
And here I'm thinking the album doesn't release until tomorrow ... but I forget that other parts of the world are a day/hours ahead of me.(;¬_¬)
Anywho~ Here's the track list for the whole thing:
(If you click on any track it'll redirect you to a tumblr page or youtube video with the song ready for listening!)
I'm jumping on the Kyary band wagon and admitting that Kyary is
extremely amazing, I love her to death, idolize her, and am willing
to spend some of my future income on her stuff.
For those of you who don't know Kyary ... remember this?
Yesssss, this was Kyary's first debut into the music industry.
Before that her whole career started when she was just a fashion blogger then
got discovered and became a model. She has her own line of eyelashes too.
I can't wait to hunt down a site that might sell them!(*´▽`*)
At first I just thought of her as another pretty face but I don't know what
suddenly got me interested in her. It could of been the song, I do love
all of Yasutaka Nakata's work after all.
(Capsule, Perfume, other artists and now Kyary)
It could be the fact that she makes the ugliest faces when she
chooses to ... she's also known for that.
I love it especially when she rolls her eyeballs completely upwards ...
As silly as this might sound within my own group of friends I'm also
known to make such horrendous faces, which makes me relate to Kyary even more.
D': She's not scared to show her ugly side, literally.
Another reason for my sudden infatuation is the fact that I'm exposed
to Kyary every single day because of tumblr. I would say 80%
of the people I follow love Kyary and they end up reblogging anything
Kyary related. I also decided to go through Kyary's personal blog a week
ago, and LOVED IT.
Whatever started this infatuation for Kyary ... I hope it continues on.
Never has a song lighten up my mood as much as PONPONPON does.
I'm going to be honest and say that it makes my eyes watery with joy.
Actually, I have had stuff like that happen with my other favorite artists ...
I wish I remembered which songs from them did the trick.
I think I remember at least two ... 'The Music' by capsule and
'Polyrythm' by Perfume. I remember going through these emotions
with Miyavi, Despairs Ray, Mucc, Asian Kung Fu Generation, and Yui.
I don't know what it is ... and other people question it too.
My boyfriend hates PONPONPON and literally had a headache after I showed
him the video/song. You know you would think the video had part in the
headache but it didn't. He said the song kept going on loop in his
head and it started to really annoy him. I was like, "Damnnn"
I thought he was being a baby, but playing the song again while he was
in another room had him go crazy in the same fashion, and it was just the song.

What celebrity, model, musician, or person
are you inspired by at the moment?
NOTE: ALL photos are uploads from various tumblr users.
Before I start writing about what's been on my mind ...
I must say that I have been obsessed with this music video and song FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS. I watch it every single day and it instantly brightens up my mood. *__* Hopefully I can pick up on her moves, I would really love to learn the entire dance especially the "PON PON WAY WAY WAY PON WAY PON WAY--" part. O////O
I shot awake this morning at 4am because of some odd dreams I had that I don't even remember. The dreams must of been pretty hectic, but if only I could remember. All I remember was that I woke up terrified and started thinking about all the crazy stuff I've been reading on recently.
I started reading up information about the "Illumaniti Agenda" and about the "MK Programming" involved in the media. The illumaniti is supposely this elite group of people who want to take over the world and they want to create a "New World Order" by creating one single religion and one single government in the world. The problem with them is the fact that they want to be able to manipulate and control society (through brain washing which is what MK programming is) and that most likely the illumaniti are Luciferians.
It all sounds like something that would come out of a fiction novel. :x Its difficult to consider this to be real, I don't think its real but then again I did have those "What if?" thoughts so maybe a part of me wants to believe it is. Kind of how you want to believe certain mythological creatures are real.
Anyways, how did I get wrapped up into this? I accidentally got interested because of this article:
It talks about Illumaniti symbolism in Narsha's Bbi-Ri-Bop-A and in SHINee's Lucifer and at first I couldn't help but to roll my eyes because I know there has been some controversy due to that song's title name.
Though, the symbolism they find in both of the MV's seem to make sense ... You'll have to read the article and look at the comparisons they do.
Basically there have been speculations on how celebrities (either from America or else where) will initiate in the illumaniti for the fame. In return, they aid the illumaniti by doing cryptic things in their music videos and songs. I remember hearing crazy things about how Justin Bieber or Lady Gaga, or Beyonce are "selling their souls for fame and now they're with the illumaniti" sort of thing.
Is it all true? Is the symbolism in their music videos/songs relevant? What if those specific elements in the music video are of pure coincidence?
I personally love reading about conspiracies but, everyone loves looking into urban myths so I know its because we're all just curious (and looking for a good scare lol).
What is one urban myth that has always scared you? I can't remember too well, but I'm pretty much easily terrified by things. xD
