Tron Legacy and Tokidoki on a Tuesday.

Mood: Lovey dovey (lol)
Watching: Spongebob Squarepants
(I believe I have a strong love for Mr. Squarepants. :'3)
Eating: Chocolate with almonds
Drinking: Water

So right now I'm staring at a photo strip of me and Tommy ...
and basically I just miss him like crazy. lol
Even though I got to hang out with him yesterday I want to see him again today.
D':

His car broke down a couple of days ago so he's basically waiting for some
car parts to come in so that him and his step dad can fix the car
together. Tommy's not a mechanic but he knows enough about cars to help
him fix the problem that he's facing with. Before yesterday there were two
days in which we didn't see each other. Boy, was I extremely dramatic
during those days ... -__-;

Yesterday he was able to get dropped off at my house. We had made
plans with his friends to go see Tron Legacy at around the night time.
Tommy had brought with him, to my surprise, a late Christmas gift.

Amo il mio gatto = Italian for: I love my cat.

Whoa, so basically we gave each other Tokidoki stuff for Christmas. xD
(My gifts to him seen here: Click meee)
I never knew about Tokidoki until I first met him! (2 years ago)
I really love what he got me, I immediately wore the hat when we
went to go see Tron. :D

I WAS DYING TO SEE THIS MOVIE. I finally got see it and I ended up wanting
to go home and re-listen to my Tron Legacy OST for the millionth time.
I highly recommend this movie to anyone who is everyone.
Though, I also recommend watching the 1982 Tron movie in order to understand
certain things about the sequel. I would talk more about it but I'm afraid
I'll end up spoiling the whole movie. xD; Overall I loved it and wanted more.
I really want to own a suit like what they wear in the movie ... D':
Daft Punk did an amazing job with the music score for the whole movie.
Even though I already knew the music before the movie, it was really exciting
hearing it all match with certain scenes.

Our photo strip. :)
(I tried to cover up the one where we kissed, hehe)
It was a really fun night, especially when hanging out with Tommy's friends.
They're pretty hilarious, and nerdy and nerdy conversations are the kind
where I feel comfortable in. lol

So, since the year is almost about to end ...
What movie released in 2010 did you find the best?

I'm going to have to vote for ... Toy Story 3 and Tron Legacy. :D

e.l.f. makeup haul

Mood: Full
Watching: Spongebob Squarepants

Lately my interest in makeup has been growing and expanding.

All I ever cared about was liquid eyeliner, eye shadows, and mascaras.
Now I have quite of a huge interest in primers, foundations, powders,
blushes/bronzers, brushes ... all the other components in makeup that
I basically ignored or just didn't know about. xD

So, as of a few weeks ago I've been slowly buying makeup items that I've
done a bit research for and interested in.

I ordered 9 items from e.l.f cosmetics website and they all totaled to
exactly $20. I took advantage of their special offer at the time
where if you bought items up to $20 you automatically would get free shipping.
I was very excited about that since I found a lot of items that I liked.

(The titles of each product will be a direct link to the item online)

e.l.f. Mineral Blemish Kit

Description: Heal and disguise blemishes with the all natural Mineral Blemish Kit. This translucent powder has active acne fighting ingredients like natural Sulfur, Tea Tree and Willow Bark to treat acne and prevent future breakouts while penetrating deep into the pores to control blackheads. Concealer Brush included.
Cost: $8.00
What I thought: It doesn't really fulfill its purpose as a translucent
powder but it does help fight acne. I've been using it for a week now and it
helped get rid of all of my pimples but it hasn't really done anything
to my blemishes. I guess I'll wait a month and see what happens. It included
a concealer brush in which it doesn't really work with this kind of application.

e.l.f. Essentials Eyebrow Stencil

Description:Achieve perfectly shaped brows to accentuate your face.
The reusable stencil is easy to use and with 4 stencils: Curved Arch,
Soft Arch, Structured Arch and Full Arch to choose from, it makes these
brow stencils suitable for all brow shapes. Now your brows can look
picture perfect everyday!
Cost:$1.00
What I thought: I love it! I've been using the Soft Arch stencil
to help shape my eyebrows and also color them in. This is extremely
useful for some us who need help with shaping eyebrows.

e.l.f. Studio Eyebrow Kit

Description:Create brows that are fuller, thicker, and more defined! The pigmented wax defines and shapes brows and the color complementing setting powder keeps them looking arched and perfected. The doubled sided taklon brush has one side to help arch your brows while the other side aids in filling them in. This duo provides lasting color definition for a naturally beautiful look.
Cost:$3.00
What I thought: It's indeed pigmented but the color doesn't match too
well with the color of my own eyebrows. That's my own fault for not choosing
the right color. D: I have no idea what to do with the lighter shade that
came with this. Overall, it does last all day and doesn't wipe off easily
which is a good thing.

e.l.f. Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder

Description:Create a healthy and natural glow all year long. The Blush highlights the cheeks to add a flush of color, while the Bronzer accents and contours cheekbones for beautiful definition.
Cost: $3.00
What I thought: I really like the blush color and the blush itself. :D
Unfortunately e.l.f. doesn't provide a specific name for both the blush and
the bronzer colors .... I haven't used the bronzer just yet since I'm still
figuring out how to apply it on certain places. xD;

e.l.f. Essentials Eyelid Primer

Description:Preps your eyelid for smoother, longer-lasting and crease-proof eyeshadow. The ultra sheer nude color works to increase eye color longevity. The lightweight liquid formula quickly absorbs into the skin for comfortable wear.
Cost: $1.00
What I thought: I can't really say much since this is the only
eye primer I've ever tried ... (I'm dying to get my hands on Urban Decay's
eyelid primer) BUT, it does fulfill what the description says. It does help
the eyeshadow last for hours (or 'all day') and the nude color helps lighten
up the eyelid skin tone that way the eyeshadow can pop out more. I really like it.

e.l.f. Essentials custom eyes

Description:Luxuriously smooth and silky mineral formula provides eyes with a neutral base and an awakened brightness for a long-lasting wear. Choose your favorite colors that best compliment your unique and beautiful look.
Cost:$1.00 each
Colors: 1) Sage | 2) Moondust | 3)Periwinkle | 4) Mocha

Without flash; during the night.

With flash.

What I thought: I don't think the camera was able to capture the colors
but I can guarantee that they're pigmented and they for last hours (or 'all day').
The only thing that sort of disappointed me was the Periwinkle eyeshadow.
The color looks really different online compared to it in person. :\
This is how it looks online:

I thought the color was going to be more vibrant or darker just like
the image above. These things can't be helped especially when
choosing for colors online. D:

Have you ever tried anything from e.l.f. cosmetics?
Was there anything you liked or dislike from them?

I liked all of the stuff I bought but there was one item that I
really wanted from them but they were out of stock ...
It was their Mineral Lipstick in Natural Nymph.
Now they have it in stock. -__-

Camwhoring from the past.

Mood: Awake

Have you ever felt embarrassed for being a camwhore?
Well, you shouldn't.
You should always love yourself and if taking pictures
of yourself makes you happy and helps pass the boredom, then do it.

I can definitely relate to this!
This little excerpt is from Melody's Love Yourself Camwhore Competition.
I thought it was a really neat and fun idea. It's true, it shouldn't
feel wrong to be a camera whore. Though ... what give camera whores
a bad name are the few camera whores out there that say things to
people like "I think I look fugly" in all their pictures when really
they look fine. -__-;
Its definitely alright to ask your close friends whether you look good but,
imo its best to avoid putting anyone else in that kind of position.

Anyways I guess I'll be participating with old pictures?
xD;
(Don't know if they all qualify ... ^^;
If not, its fine this is just all for fun. :3)
I've had the same hairstyle for the past 3 years, and
I really don't remember when all these photos were taken
so none of them will be in a particular order.
For some reason lately I haven't been in camera whoring mood.
Not like how I use to be. D':
(Have you ever noticed how your mood can reflect itself in a picture
or on a mirror? I've tried taking more creative pictures but they just
don't reflect any enthusiasm.)

PICTURE SPAM COMMENCING ... NOW.

In some of them I'm wearing hair extensons, a wig ... Some of them were
taken through a cell phone, digital camera, webcam.
(And all of them were edited.)

Do you become a camera whore whenever ever
you get new clothing accessories, etc?
Or do you cam whore when you've got nothing else to do?

35; The Boyfriend has returned.

Mood: Extremely Happy.

My boyfriend (Tommy) returned from Iraq/Kuwait three days ago. *__*
For the past 2 days we've been traveling out and about to malls and
stores since Tommy needed to buy some new clothes and complete other errands.
I WAS SO DARN HAPPY WHEN I SAW HIM.
It sort of felt like he had never left and I can still clearly remember the day
before he left as if it was yesterday. It was as if all those
painful times of feeling alone and worrying about him had never happened.
I really did miss him like crazy and I told him to never re-enlist in the
army. -____- He said he wasn't going to since he felt extremely fed up with
all the "crap" going on over there.

On Wednesday when he came to my house I immediately gave him his Christmas
gifts.

Tommy's has a huge obsession with tokidoki. Once he gets his room
all organized I'll take pictures of all his tokidoki stuff. He has posters,
shoes, shirts, hats, figurines, pins ... and it keeps going.

A letter I wrote to him. :'3

On Thursday I wasn't able to take a lot of pictures
since it was a really busy day.

I wanted to own something of this Hello Kitty ever since I saw
Leena's purse with this hello kitty. D: I wish they made more stuff of
this type of hello kitty!

Okonomiyaki with Chicken.

Sushi with tuna and sushi with cooked eel.

On our way to Florida Mall! We were mainly going because he wanted
to buy an iPhone 4 from the Apple store.

Ussss. :D

Giant ipad over at the Apple store.
Another thing about Tommy is that he's an Apple addict. -_-

He was extremely tired from all the walking and driving.
The streets were hectic yesterday as so many people were out
in stores buying last minute gifts. Christmas for us is tomorrow. :3

I'm so ecstatic that Tommy's back home. :'D
He won't be able to see me today since he has things to do at his house ...
but ugh I feel so eager to see him today and the next day, and the day after
that ... I secretly hope he'll come by to visit.

Could you imagine being away from your
boyfriend/girlfriend for a whole year?
What would you do while he/she's away?

By the way, Merry Christmas to those of you are a day ahead of me! <33
Hope you have enjoy this day to the fullest! ^__^
